The Academy, our e-learning platform
The Academy is a learning and development unit that goes beyond training and focuses holistically and proactively on employee performance and development, while developing organizational agility and serving the company's growth ambitions.
Behind The Academy, we have a team of in-house trainers and experts who work daily to enhance employee skills by setting up learning paths.

G-Events
To develop cohesion within the company, we have created G-Events to bring us together around events at our different sites.
Some examples of 2023 events:
- Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week: yoga classes, Zen room, muscle-strengthening classes, a dietician's talk.
- Multicultural Day: sharing of culinary specialties from each employee's region and country.
- Biodiversity Day: collection of 80 kilos of garbage around the site
- Easter egg hunt, collection of donations and involvement of local charities....
In 2023, we got together for a Winter and Summer party outside the company. On the program: virtual reality, raft building, dragon boat, blind test, one two three sun, cotton candy, pizzas, granitas...
